The Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued notifications to two BCS on the same day for recruitment in government service.
A joint notification of the 42nd (Special) and 43rd BCS was published on the Commission's website on Monday night.
According to the notification of the 42nd BCS examination, 2,000 doctors will be appointed as assistant surgeons under the BCS (Health) cadre. Application forms and fee submission will start from 10 am on December 8. The last date for submission of applications is 6 pm on December 26, 2020. The notification said that the number of vacancies advertised may change due to the creation of new posts, demotion, promotion, retirement, death, resignation, or removal of officers.
Candidates cannot apply for the post of BCS (Health) Cadre if they do not have the prescribed educational qualifications.If a candidate claims that a degree obtained from abroad is equivalent to the educational qualifications applicable for the post of BCS (Health) cadre, he/she has to submit an attested copy of the equivalence certificate issued by BMDC to the Board of Oral Examination. Medical degree holders from abroad are advised to contact BMDC for an equivalence certificate. The original copy of the Equivalence Certificate must be presented to the interview board during the oral examination, otherwise, the oral examination will not be accepted.
If a candidate has appeared for the MBBS / equivalent examination and the result of that examination is not published by the last date of submission (online registration) of the 42nd BCS (Special) Examination-2020, he/she can apply online as a candidate, but accept it temporarily. Will be done. Only those candidates who have completed all the written exams of MBBS / equivalent in the 42nd BCS (Special) Examination-2020 will be considered as candidates.
According to the 43rd BCS notification, out of the general cadres, 300 will be appointed as Assistant Commissioner of Administration Cadre, 25 as Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs, 118 as Assistant Superintendent of Police, 35 as Assistant Accountant General of Audit and Accounts, and 550 as Family Planning Officers.
The online application for the 43rd BCS exam and the submission of fees will start at 10 am on December 30. The last date for submission of applications is 6 pm on January 31.
সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োগে একই দিনে দুই বিসিএসের বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেছে সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন (পিএসসি)।
সোমবার রাতে কমিশনের ওয়েবসাইটে ৪২তম (বিশেষ) এবং ৪৩তম বিসিএসের একসঙ্গে বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়।
৪২তম বিসিএস পরীক্ষার বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়, বিসিএস (স্বাস্থ্য) ক্যাডারের আওতায় সহকারী সার্জন পদে ২ হাজার চিকিৎসক নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও ফি জমাদান শুরু ৭ ডিসেম্বর সকাল ১০টা থেকে শুরু হবে। আবেদনপত্র জমাদানের শেষ সময় ২৭ ডিসেম্বর ২০২০ সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত।
ওই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়, নতুন পদসৃষ্টি, পদবিলুপ্তি, পদোন্নতি, কর্মকর্তার অবসর গ্রহণ, মৃত্যু, পদত্যাগ অথবা অপসারণ ইত্যাদি কারণে বিজ্ঞাপিত শূন্য পদের সংখ্যা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
বিসিএস (স্বাস্থ্য) ক্যাডার পদের জন্য কোন প্রার্থীর নির্ধারিত শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা না থাকলে উক্ত প্রার্থী আবেদন করতে পারবেন না। কোনো প্রার্থী বিদেশ হতে অর্জিত কোন ডিগ্রিকে বিসিএস (স্বাস্থ্য) ক্যাডারের পদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সমমানের দাবি করলে তাকে সে মর্মে বিএমডিসি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত ইকুইভ্যালেন্স সনদের সত্যায়িত কপি মৌখিক পরীক্ষার বোর্ডে সাথে জমা দিতে হবে। ইকুইভ্যালেন্স সনদের জন্য বিদেশ হতে অর্জিত মেডিকেল ডিগ্রিধারীদের বিএমডিসির সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে। ইকুইভ্যালেন্স সনদের মূলকপি মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় সাক্ষাৎকার বোর্ডে অবশ্যই উপস্থাপন করতে হবে, অন্যথায় মৌখিক পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
যদি কোন প্রার্থী এমবিবিএস/সমমানের পরীক্ষায় অবতীর্ণ হয়ে থাকেন এবং তার ওই পরীক্ষার ফলাফল ৪২তম বিসিএস (বিশেষ) পরীক্ষা-২০২০ এর আবেদনপত্র দাখিলের (অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের) শেষ তারিখ পর্যন্ত প্রকাশিত না হয় তাহলেও তিনি অবতীর্ণ প্রার্থী হিসেবে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন, তবে তা সাময়িকভাবে গ্রহণ করা হবে। কেবল সেই প্রার্থীকেই অবতীর্ণ প্রার্থী হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে যার এমবিবিএস/সমমানের সব লিখিত পরীক্ষা ৪২তম বিসিএস (বিশেষ) পরীক্ষা-২০২০ এর আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণের শেষ তারিখের মধ্যে অর্থাৎ ২৭ ডিসেম্বর তারিখের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণরূপে শেষ হয়েছে।
৪৩তম বিসিএসের বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়, সাধারণ ক্যাডারসমূহের মধ্যে প্রশাসন ক্যাডারের সহকারী কমিশনার পদে ৩০০, পররাষ্ট্র বিষয়ক সহকারী সচিব পদে ২৫, পুলিশের সহকারী পুলিশ সুপার পদে ১১৭, নিরীক্ষা ও হিসাবের সহকারী মহা হিসাবরক্ষক পদে ৩৫ জন, পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা পদে ৫ জনসহ ৫৫০জন নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে।
অনলাইনে ৪৩তম বিসিএস পরীক্ষার আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও ফি জমাদান ৩০ ডিসেম্বর সকাল ১০টায় শুরু হবে। আবেদনপত্র জমাদানের শেষ সময় ৩১ জানুয়ারি সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত।
